Staff trained in real-life environments. Most PAs practise on dummies in hospitals and colleges. We don’t think this is good enough. So we give our Personal Assistants plenty of valuable experience with real people in real home settings. Targeted Interpersonal Skills training. Interpersonal problems can make the PA / employer relationship difficult! Things like power and control, friendship versus professionalism, mutual respect and setting firm boundaries. Unlike most agencies, we train our Assistants to manage these critical issues sensitively. We put YOU in control You plan the best way to meet your own needs, and we’ve designed the planning process to identify exactly what’s stopping you from reaching your full potential. We take care matching PA to client Our personal assistants work for us because they’re committed to a career in supporting disabled people. They all believe in the principles underlying Aspirall. We always try to match PA to client. But if we honestly can’t provide a suitable assistant, we won’t take on the job. It’s as simple as that. Our Services We can provide a number of different packages; Short-term We can provide personal assistants on a short-term basis, for a few days or weeks, for example when your usual personal assistant is on leave, taking their holidays, when family members are unavailable or when you need a period of time to recruit and train a new personal assistant. Long-term We can provide you with continuous assistance, either live-in or live-out, in a number of different configurations to suite your individual requirments Employing family and friends Many people already have a treasured PA in the shape of a family member or friend. Under Direct Payment rules we can become your PA’s legal employer, handling the paperwork on your behalf and giving useful training and support to your friend or family member. Whichever package you choose you have the overall control but we handle the bureaucracy including, recruitment, training, sick/holiday cover, payroll etc. Recruit & train Aspirall can also recruit and train a Personal Assistant to be employed directly by you if you so wish. We select and introduce a Personal Assistant to match your individual needs, your lifestyle and aspirations and be on hand to ensure things run smoothly and resolve any queries you may have.
